Overview
The Performance Coach is responsible for providing individual, group and corporate coaching within the (MFD) Mortgage Fulfillment Division at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC.
Job Description

• Coach teams, executives and individuals from different backgrounds and with different skill-sets and methodologies
• Adopt and flex a range of coaching styles to fit the needs of the team/counterpart
• Thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, client-oriented environment where you can innovate and experiment
• De-brief and execute goals and objectives based on results from 360-degree assessments
• Work in conjunction with Training and Development Team to support company's strategic and operational priorities
• Carry a caseload of 15 hours of individual coaching per week; 3 hours of individual coaching a day
• Receive on-going coaching supervision
• Facilitate Coaching Groups based on various topics within digital learning platform
• Facilitate Coaching to Support Learning for various content-delivered topics

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

• Self-motivated and resourceful to find and deliver the best outcome
• You are collaborative and enjoy developing joint solutions with an iterative mindset
• You are able to influence and effectively persuade, working with multiple stakeholders and building on the different points of view
• Agile proficiency / experience -Team management or Executive coaching experience
• Certification/Training from formal Coaching program. Financial services/mortgage industry preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 6+ years
• Coaching/Development Experience with proven success record
• Expert group facilitation and presentation experience.
• Must demonstrate excellent leadership skills as well as strong knowledge of coaching/development concepts, adult learning theories, and current trends
• Excellent communications, presentation and public speaking skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Professional demeanor, excellent management, communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and GSuite applications is required
• Remote position but located in our Tampa, St. Louis, Plano or Phoenix markets is ideal
