Department OverviewCustomer Order Management
Job Description
Reporting to the Manager, Customer Order Management, you will facilitate the order management process including order entry, operations fulfillment and shipping. Key responsibility will be to drive solution-oriented decisions, collaborating closely with cross-functional business partners (both internal and external) to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will be working closely with the Business Operations Specialist team to ensure that commitments given to customers are accurate and on time. You will contribute to the company’s overall order management strategy to help ensure we have a seamless and efficient end to end process.
Responsibilities include:
Providing excellent customer service to our customers and Sales team;
Accurate entry of orders, returns and other data into ERP system;
Scheduling orders according to current manufacturing capacity;
Providing order status information to customers;
Communicating order changes in a timely and professional manner;
Setting up and maintaining Partner Contracts
Maintaining Customer Records in ERP system
Providing basic technical product information
Supporting customer service related requests
Following established processes and procedures for order processing
Qualifications:
3+ years order management or customer service experience
Self-motivated, with an aptitude for customer satisfaction
Exceptional communication skills
Detail oriented, organized and a strong multi-tasker
Ability to work well under pressure
Collaborative, likes to work in teams
Good Problem Solving Skills
Proactive
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Basic Requirements
3 years of order to cash or customer service experience
Bachelor's degree preferred, High School Diploma or GED
