Description and Requirements
Lenovo's Intelligent Device Group (IDG) Commercial Segment Business Operations team is seeking a Business Operations Analyst . In this role, you will drive various operations tasks from data analytics and building business recommendations to achieve our financial objective. You will:

• Interpret data, analyze results using analytics, research methodologies, and statistical techniques
• Develop and implement data analyses, leverage data collection systems and build various business and data models
• Plan, execute and report on business operations priorities
• Analyze business results against our market and various competitive benchmarks
• Support business objectives - identify, distinguish and analyze multiple components of a problem or gap in the business, and then make clear recommendations for business change
• Analyze big data and create recommendations for the sales ops teams, finance, and management
• Continuously evolve forecasting models, analyze historic results, and make business recommendations
• Work with the management team to develop, implement and manage the business processes, systems, reports and strategies to meet organizational goals and initiatives

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, mathematics, business management, or economics
• Analytical skills towards collecting, organizing, analyzing data

Preferred Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented with organizational, and analytical skills
• Team collaboration spirit
• Ability to respond quickly to multiple issues and work under pressure.
• Great communication skills
• MS Office suite skills
• Self-motivated with drive, enthusiasm, and commitment with the ability to work proactively
• Analytical, critical thinker capable of collecting clear/concise data from multiple sources accompanied with presentation skills, analytical and business competencies
