OVERVIEW

To achieve this mission, we partner very closely with 600+ retailer partners on many initiatives so that they can achieve their core objectives. Our retailer sales and account teams are kept on track and running smoothly by our growing Retail Excellence & Sales Operations team.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Develops, oversees and optimizes core business operation processes to enable organizational growth and scale
- Represent the Business Development Retail organization by working with many x-functional groups to improve processes and troubleshoot issues. These groups include Finance (Billing & Invoicing), Deal Desk, Logistics Operations, Retailer Operations, Legal and others.
- Develops supporting tools and infrastructure to support processes; drive business operations excellence and infrastructure
- Implement and optimize operations processes through excellent change management, appropriate KPIs and readiness
- Own, drive and build required reporting infrastructure to support ongoing use, improvement and optimization of core processes
ABOUT YOU
- 5-10 years experience in building developing and running operational processes in a fast growing, quickly scaling business
- Strong understanding of operational processes such as Invoicing, Account Receivable, Contract workflow, and other data intensive processes
- Change Management - ProSci a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work with data, data structures and data infrastructure
- Ability to assess the issues with a process, collect feedback, build a framework and work cross-funtionally to solve problems.
- Ambitious, self-starter who can manage through ambiguity
- Strong cross group collaborator; ability to communicate effectively with Sales Leadership, Finance and IT
