Overview

Come join Intuit as a Customer Success Business Operations, Senior Manager. We are looking for strategic and organized problem solvers to join our team to drive results across Customer Success and our partners, to accelerate Intuit's mission of powering prosperity around the world.

Intuit Customer Success is transforming how we serve our customers, ensuring they are successful using Intuit's products and services. The Business Operations team partners with stakeholders across business units and functional groups to drive planning processes, ensure successful execution of top priorities through governance, and drive special projects critical to Intuit's long term growth plans.

Key to this is creating an environment of transparency, rigor and speed in the design and implementation of the changes we are driving as a company.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, and 5+ years of experience in a Management Consulting role or Business Operations role in a large matrixed environment
  • Experience driving large complex programs across a matrixed environment
  • Focus on Technology Strategy (SaaS, PaaS) highly desired
  • Well-rounded professionals who can think strategically, develop solutions, and take action
  • Financial aptitude and presentation building skills
  • People who can lead and support -- can both coordinate a project, and drive it to completion
  • Ability to forge strong relationships with executives



How you will lead

Planning:

  • Drive and support 3/1-year strategic planning, quarterly planning, and ecosystem prioritization
  • Establish and administer portfolio standards in alignment with partner teams
  • Advise teams on establishment of short and long-term goals


Governance

  • Design operating models and rhythms to enable effective decision making and information flow
  • Drive regular op-mechs reviewing business / initiative performance, including building content and facilitating meetings
  • Monitor the execution of strategic priorities and ensure goals / KPIs are met


Special Initiatives

  • Define, mobilize, and/or manage top initiatives that advance strategy
