Business Operations Coordinator |

Our Business Operations department at Wyndham San Antonio is growing and we're searching for motivated, dynamic individuals to become part of our Business Operations team!

Essential Job Function and Responsibilities:

  • Represent the Wyndham Destinations brand by greeting incoming Resort Tour guests with excellent customer service
  • Disperse and assign guests to Sales Representatives
  • Provide information to guests regarding the city, events, the presentation, the product and our properties when needed
  • Collect and validate guest information
  • Provide proper information to Sales & Marketing department as necessary
  • Answer phones and guest questions
  • Disperse allocated gifts to guests post-presentation
  • May include data entry
  • Maintain, file and secure all documents per procedure
  • Assist Administrative Supervisor when needed
  • Preparation and maintenance of legal documents
  • Cash handling/credits and debits
  • Maintain a positive, friendly and professional attitude at all times



Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years Customer Service Experience preferred
  • Ability to handle proprietary information in a confidential and classified manner
  • Data entry experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Problem solving and good communication skills.
