Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Security business operation activities focused on financial, metrics, and business transformation topics.
• Build relationships and engagements with Sub Business Unit Heads, client partners, IT, Security, HR, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams

• Lead programs and prepare project updates to unit and Program Management Organization (PMO). Independently managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. Despite the strong technical and security focus of the unit, this role will lead business transformation initiatives and engage across various levels in the organization, relaying information about operational effectiveness, projects and troubleshooting all issues discovered. They are proficient in project management and they can actively apply policies and standards to all projects.
• Create and execute business unit modernization and transformation plans across the Security team using collaboration, automation, and standardization.
• Identify and deliver metrics / frameworks to ensure effectiveness and value add across security technical teams
• Track and manage compliance with client contract requirements on information security
• Assist in the improvements of the organization and management model to include:
  • Staffing and processes that bring faster candidate identification to effective employee onboarding of security skills including Social marketing of open positions
  • Automation in reporting and assessments
  • Management system improvements
• Have the ability to create and prepare extensive documentation and presentations on operational processes, procedures, standards, project plans, and other executive communication.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Operations and Project management within a large global organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in English.
• Collaboration skills and willingness to be a standout colleague to address problems and incorporate input from various sources. Be able to apply their technical and business expertise across various client and business environments to solve any obstacles that arises.
• Ability to work in high demand environment and complete work independently on a global team.
• Must be focused attention to detail and have good time management - it's common to multitask, while planning and implementing initiatives and coordinating with other team members.

Desirable Experience:

• Experience in information security and risk management field, especially with Technology Risk Management / IT Audit in Enterprise organizations
• Experience on ISO 27001 Information Security Management system, Risk Assessments, Evaluation of results / findings, contract review of security obligations, IT GRC Tools.
• MBA degree
• PMP certification

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $[100K - 135K] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
