Job Description:

Responsibilities include:

  • Client-facing role, helping government customer redesign and define business processes and execute strategies to migrate critical enterprise services to the customer's Shared Service platform
  • Work proactively with customers, anticipating their needs, and providing well thought out recommendations and solutions
  • Work independently and as a team member
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, good organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Manage project details including schedule management, risk management, communications management, and stakeholder management

Here's what you need:

  • Possess two years of recent experience managing projects including budget, schedule, and risk management
  • Possess two years of experience participating in or leading business process improvement efforts
  • Experience managing and working with customer processes that directly involve identity management along with a working knowledge of customer identity policies
  • Experience working with or for the customer
  • Experience working with or for partner agencies

Bonus points if you have:

  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Green belt certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Security Clearance:

  • An active TS/SCI w/Poly clearance is required to start

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $88,100 - $123,400 and information on benefits offered is here.
