The Role 


We are currently looking for a Network Development Manager to join our Network Team. You’ll join a collaborative, multi-functional team and partner with technology, business and healthcare experts to build key relationships with stakeholders in specific markets. This serves as the gateway for Circulo’s multi-year roadmap to become the preferred partner within the Medicaid space. Deep business development, medicaid landscape, and provider knowledge will be critical for success. Circulo Health is looking for people who are energized by our mission to harness next generation, AI-based technologies to eliminate friction in the healthcare system and provide better care to the nation’s most underserved populations.

What you’ll do

  • Oversee the development and execution of market entry and expansion as applicable, including the identification of upcoming market procurements, key market stakeholders, advocacy partners, and key influencers and applicable provider associations
  • Work with the applicable internal circles to lead the development of business growth cases for potential new market opportunities
  • Gain internal consensus with the CEO, President and other applicable circle leads and any applicable government affairs
  • Leads and provides insight for ongoing market and competitive analysis to aid in strategic decision making and development of key messaging/positioning in support of market entry
  • Oversee and coordinate community development and advocacy strategy to support growth efforts in conjunction with applicable circles
  • Coordinate with applicable circle initiatives to leverage activities for market pursuit
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert as it relates to business development

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in business development or selling healthcare management services to business sector customers. 
  • Ability to manage multiple external relationships effectively
  • Proven group presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the Medicaid Landscape
  • Flexibility and ability to work collaboratively within matrices -- virtual and flat environments 
  • Ability to work effectively independently 
  • Ability to travel nationally ~75%
