Brand Partnership Program Specialist
Key Role:

Responsible for bringing the brand to life through strategic partnerships, both nationally and regionally, to advance awareness and consideration of Booz Allen. Assist with our partnership design work that includes research, planning, strategy development, co-branding, and relationship management activities that ensure flawless partner presence, espe cia lly throughout the military and veteran .org partnership ecosystem. Support partnership design activities by working closely with the brand partnership team, coordinating internally across Corporate Affairs and externally with partners. Support both in-person and virtual convenings with active partners and related administrative activities. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizen ship is required.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience supporting partner or relationship development activities through stellar project management skills
  • Experience using virtual collaboration tools including Micro sof t TEAMS
  • Experience with organizing and general project management for the team includ ing, but not limited to team finances, resources, and partner relations
  • Ability to partner with colleagues in developing ideas and raise concerns through active listening and asking questions to enhance strategic outcomes
  • Ability to effectively communicate across organizational levels
  • Ability to support the creation of partnership development with meticulous attention to detail as a representative of the firm
  • Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with nonprofit partners or agency vendors to achieve project goals
  • Experience driving campaign-style momentum to ensure awareness of partnership development activities
  • Ability to demonstrate a client-first / customer-first mindset
  • Ability to demonstrate research analysis and presentation skills
  • Ability to work individually and in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to multitask across multiple projects to effectively manage priorities
  • Academic or Industry certifications focused on project coordination or management is preferred
