Job Description

This role will assist our US Books Royalty department by entering and maintaining contracts and vendors within our systems so that our authors are paid promptly and accurately.

CLOSING DATE: April 12, 2022

What you'll be doing:

• Working in SAP to create vendor accounts to agreed business standards
• Working in the Royalty System to set up contract rules and author shares to match the agreed royalty terms
• Using Salesforce to handle author queries and change requests
• Working to agreed KPI’s and targets including quality assurance
• Helping others in the team on related projects to keep our records updated

This role is being offered as a PT opportunity (up to 29 hours per week), for a period of six months initially. This role can potentially convert into a FT permanent opportunity.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

• Previous customer service or financial/royalties experience 
• Experience of Microsoft Office
• Experience of working to KPI’s/SLA’s
• A good standard of Education including English and Math
• A determination to drive for results and effective time management skills
• Work with a degree of independence
• Accuracy and ability to work across multiple systems ensuring data quality and management of large data sources across all the platforms used.
• The ability to work to deadlines and service levels
• A team player, building good working relationships and retaining a positive attitude towards your work and colleagues
