Our client, a commercial and residential development and construction company, is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for their growing company. The ideal candidate is a self-starter that is comfortable working independently in their role. Our client fosters a casual environment with the ability for some flexibility. General Job Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Bank reconciliations
• Responsible for tracking W-9's and insurance certificates
• Establish and maintain accurate vendor files
• Assist with month-end close reconciliations
• General office duties including answering phones and assisting clients in the office

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years' previous bookkeeping experience
• Ability to work hands-on in a small office environment
• Capable of working independently and getting the job done
• Management experience a plus, but not a requirement
• High attention to detail with a hands-on attitude
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
