We are looking for a Booking Coordinator who will release ocean bookings with ocean carriers via internal systems and submit shipping instructions to External Partners.
How you will achieve success:
- Release ocean bookings with ocean carriers via internal systems and submit shipping instructions to external partners.
- Review carrier booking reports and manages any exceptions (cancellations, status change, etc).
- Ensure ocean freight payments are accurately processed in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative coordination, communication, and document control for assigned project(s).
- Ability to track and update Ocean Vessel status.
What experiences will help you in this role:
- Knowledge and experience of importing/freight forwarding.
- Proven ability to use Excel.
- Detail-oriented for processing bookings and data entry.
