Automation Engineer [Operational Rule] Collaborate with the Vulnerability Management team and business customers to deliver on reporting and automation capabilities and improvements. Create a secure data pipeline architecture, and assemble large data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements. Build and maintain the infrastructure required for extraction, transformation, and data from various sources using PostgreSQL, Python, ElasticSearch, and other technologies. Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into vulnerability and risk management, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics. Participate in the software development lifecycle (ex: Agile, DevSecOps), which includes research, new development, modification, security, correction of errors, reuse, re-engineering, and maintenance of software solutions. Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau or equivalent data visualization software. Minimum 3 years development experience (1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (2.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing incident and problem management (3.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team (4.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (5.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives (6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
