The Supply Chain – Planning & Allocation Associate will be responsible for placing and tracking orders across multiple Gopuff facilities. The associate will utilize various systems to ensure inventory is in the right place at the right time in the right quantities. This role will partner directly with both internal partners (Merchandising, Operations…) and external partners (Vendors, Distributors…) to support business and assortment strategies. It will be imperative that this person demonstrate the problem-solving and analytical skills necessary to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares weekly replenishment data for internal tracking and receiving purposes as well as externally for purchase order management 
• Creates and submits replenishment orders for each vendor based on designated order windows
• Collaborates with replenishment analysts on proposed orders and adherence to vendor constraints to include order minimums and lead time
• Adjusts blended replenishment portfolios into weekly orders by vendor by territory
• Creates and maintains all new Vendor/Supplier agreements pertaining to supply and new territory operations
• Coordinates with Store Operations and Finance team for purchase order management, invoice reconciliation, and warehouse and inventory integrity
• Communicates and negotiates with vendors and suppliers as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, required.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, required
• General understanding of Retail Supply and Merchandising concepts
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Team player mentality 
• Ability to remain organized, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities
