Job Description

As Daxko's Associate Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall functionality of Salesforce. You will have the big responsibility of providing daily maintenance, creating solutions, providing end-user support, and creating clear, concise documentation. 

The Associate Salesforce Administrator reports to the Business Systems Manager.

  • Perform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity, and storage management 
  • Manage dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts, workflows, and approvals
  • Customize reporting and dashboards for various teams, provide reports, and report training. 
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation and provide new functionalities and solutions as needed. 
  • Continuously improve skills and training using Trailhead and other knowledge-sharing services 
  • Establish and implement best practices: system maintenance, security, improvements, data integrity, duplicates, backups, etc.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
  • Operational experience in a medium to large company structure 
  • Salesforce Certification Required (Administrator) 
  • Experience with Customer Portals and associated license types (high-volume portal licenses, etc.) 
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills 
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. 

Bonus points for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Advanced Administrator certification 
  • Experience in any of the following:
    • Conga
    • CPQ
    • TaskRay
    • HubSpot
    • Calendly
    • Salesloft
    • Salesforce APIs
  • Experience in SaaS-based organizations
