Job Description

We are seeking an Associate to help launch a National Team, which will be based in our brand-new Nashville headquarters. Associates will be a part of a mobile team that supports Private Wealth sales and service teams in our markets across the country, as needed and when needed, in response to any disruption in the local market. This role offers an exciting and challenging opportunity to be on the forefront of an important strategic initiative that will provide national exposure across our Private Wealth Management business.

National Team Associates will:

  • Provide all aspects of client servicing for high net worth clients and prospective clients in any of our 19 offices
  • Work in a dynamic environment to produce high impact work
  • Partner with colleagues and teams across our business to uphold client service excellence
  • Serve as subject matter experts and resources for service teams in times where there is not a critical need to support another office

Associates on our National Team will go through rigorous training to become experts at their craft. The comprehensive training curriculum will ensure Associates build a foundation of investment knowledge and develop quantitative and qualitative skills needed to achieve client service excellence - in addition to fueling their success as an investment professional. Training will be delivered in various mediums such as interactive virtual sessions, group collaboration, and individual on-the-job training. Content will include:
  • Robust functional training, including a thorough overview of our proprietary investments and services, investment management philosophies, and financial management strategies
  • A focus on client service excellence, partnership, and sales training designed to strengthen the client experience
  • Behavioral training geared toward the development of communication, leadership, and other professional skills
  • Career management, one-on-one coaching, and specialized skills training to achieve success in the role and beyond the role

We are looking for accomplished team players who seek a rigorous and challenging environment for their career development.
