Who What Wear is looking to hire an Workplace Experience Manager to be part of its award-winning culture. 

The Workplace Experience Manager is that special person who works tirelessly to ensure that our employees have everything they need to win the day. Transitioning quickly from routines and to-do lists to one-off errands, this person makes the Who What Wear world headquarters a lean, mean, finely tuned machine. 

The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit with a “no job too big or small” attitude and knows how to create an atmosphere of positive energy that elevates and lightens the workplace. 

This position reports to the Senior People Operations Manager and is based in LA/ West Hollywood at our main office.

Key Duties Include:

  • Work with the People team to develop programming that elevates the employee experience across our hybrid workforce (in-person and remote) and manage communication accordingly 
  • Serve as the ambassador and general go-to resource for all employees and vendors and as it pertains to our physical office spaces and home office needs
  • Manage on-site safety programs to ensure adherence to COVID-19 protocols 
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages daily and coordinate outgoing mail/packages
  • Maintain stock levels for office & kitchen supplies, maintain budgets accordingly 
  • Manage and submit monthly team expenses via TeamPay. File invoices monthly and keep track of receipts
  • Support oversight of interior construction projects, cleaning services, and other projects from start to finish, including liaising with third-party vendors, keeping schedules, and ensuring deadlines and budgets are met

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in customer service, office coordinator, or facilities management role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and the rest of the Office suite and experience with G-Suite 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, team player mindset
