The Position:

We are seeking an Associate Manager to be based in Taiwan, reporting to the Manager, Revato. This role will play a key role in the Hong Kong market by maintaining and building strong partner relationships.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and sustain partner relationships by providing relevant data insights and high-quality consulting services to hotel partners (revenue management advice and marketing opportunities).
• Build the portfolio of local hotel partners by introducing prospective partners to Revato’s marketplace and facilitating their onboarding process.
• Ensure that partner hotels’ products (content, rates and availability) are consistently optimised on the Revato extranet to improve customer conversion.
• Secure seasonal deals and promotions within the guidelines set by management to support the brand’s merchandising and marketing efforts.
• Promote and develop hotel partners’ high engagement by providing unique market insights (partner reports, driven data and key performance drivers), revenue management tools (promotions, packages and fenced deals) and marketing and merchandising opportunities, self-service tools (Revato extranet).
• Represent Revato and KAYAK in the local market, build KAYAK’s company profile with key local influencers (e.g. tourism bureau, hotel association, etc.) and provide expertise to the local industry.

• Minimum 2 years related experience in account management or the travel industry. Salesforce experience desired.
• Proficient in Cantonese and English (written and oral).
• Proven experience within the market in Hong Kong.
• Positive relationship management experience: builds and sustains partnerships with high levels of emotional intelligence in understanding the partners' needs.
• Data-driven decision making, effective problem-solving skills combined with follow-up and persistence when facing ambitious situations.
• Flexible to work within a distributed team environment.
• Strong organisation skills, high attention to detail, prioritises work and is passionate about achieving targets and OKRs.
• Ability to work without restrictions in the country applying for.
