Responsibilities

• Processing of Dividend and Interest payments associated client accounts
• Perform consistent quality reconciliation to ensure accurate books and records
• Communicate in a professional and friendly manner with all depositories as deemed necessary
• Communicate in a professional and friendly manner with business partners across the organization and across the financial industry
• Capitalize on honest open communications regarding opportunities for improvement for functions of the department
• Maintain a high regulatory compliance environment
• Provide correspondence with timely, accurate, and professional responses to inquiries and requests
• Providing customer service via phone and e-mail to internal and external clients
• Any and all other tasks assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of financial market operations
• Research and resolution of complex inquiries
• Knowledge of Securities Industry Rules and Regulations

Preferred:

• College degree or some college preferred or equivalent experience
