Duties: Provide operational support for end-client, including client-facing, setting up accounts and data aggregation. Provide project oversight for new and existing platforms. Prioritize daily functions to ensure inherent risks such as inaccurate data on reports and reputational impact, are identified and escalated to management in a timely manner. Use available data to conduct root cause analysis and identify areas where manual processing can be automated through technology enhancements. Identify areas of risk, gaps in processes, or data anomalies representing underlying systemic problems. Identifying risks inherent in daily business process and drive initiative to mitigate risk. Perform complex daily checks to ensure data integrity and availability, such as statement market value reconciliations, market traded product pricing, performance analysis, investment results validation and private equity quality validation. Coordinate, test, and resource allocation to execute change management process migrating historical systems into new systems. Includes designing change management checklist, workflow, training and overseeing execution.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field. Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include two (2) years with the following: utilizing client service skills to effectively manage unique client requests and communicate operational requirements and procedures; liaising with Technology, Product Owners, and multiple operations groups to document business and process flow requirements; working on multiple projects simultaneously supporting different platforms, each with daily regulatory deadlines; utilizing MS Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio for project design and tracking, data quality and reconciliation, presenting materials to stakeholders and clients and demonstrating workflows; utilizing knowledge of Financial Instruments, account types (brokerage, advisory and entity structure), asset classes (public equity, hedge funds, fixed income and private equity), features of accounts and asset classes (frequencies, industry statement formatting), performance methodology (time weighted return, investment results and internal rate of return), industry-standard data sets and delivery methods (electronic data delivery and statement data); and vendor management of multiple contracts, billing, and service level agreements to track vendor quality, effectiveness, and adherence to contracts/agreements. Prior experience must include one (1) year with the following: utilizing Pivot tables to manage large datasets, V-looks ups, and basic macros to minimize manual processes and efficiently convey metrics.
