Associate Compensation Manager

As the Associate Compensation Manager, you will deep dive into analytics and thought partner with our Director, Total Rewards to design and implement compensation practices and process. You will partner with our Business Partner and Recruiting teams to educate the organization on Compensation and establish yourself as a subject matter expert. In this role, you will roll up your sleeves and work hands-on while simultaneously providing strategic direction in program management and design within a highly innovative and growth-oriented organization.
Responsibilities:
Conducts the salary survey process and ensures timely completion of survey participation
Participates in the salary review process
Develops and maintains a repository of detailed job descriptions
Ensures job titles are correctly reflected in system of record Conducts a range of research, reporting and analysis to support compensation initiatives
Provides support for additional projects as assigned
Experience and Skills:
5+ years of experience focused on compensation
Strong analytical, problem solving skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day operations, as well as large strategic initiatives
Excellent advisory and influencing skills at all levels. Ability to build trust, solve problems and manage relationships to meet company goals
Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to deliver information in a clear and concise manner with a variety of groups
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Strong HRIS skills
Must have knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations such as the Fair Labor Standards Act, Equal Pay Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, minimum wage, and overtime requirements
