Job Description:
  • Addresses day-to-day needs of all clients including providing telephone and email support for all clients/customers; maintenance of clients including the addition of new products, services or pricing; performing client on-boarding process for new clients within the affected systems of the business unit/product line.
  • Performs reporting, trending and analysis which may include analyzing low volume accounts on a quarterly basis by trending volumes and making recommendations for assignment to more senior level team member/supervisor; providing client level reporting, monitoring and analyzing client trending and SLA adherence on assigned accounts; semi-annual review of all client's pricing vs. margin report and presenting to the executive team.
  • Department support includes partnering with other team members to deliver ad hoc projects and monthly performance reports and providing back up to other team members.
  • Documentation and information resources may include maintaining and updating reference guides, department documentation, procedure libraries, maintaining client assignment lists, etc.

Job Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one-year experience in a client service/support or commensurate position
  • Professional in appearance and conduct
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficiency in department/business unit/product systems preferred
