Job Description

As in integral part of the NielsenIQ Retail Analytics business, the Merchandising Services team is focused on the execution of the real time insights from financial and stock data based on space.

NielsenIQ’s Spaceman is a complete suite to facilitate the planogram creation process, optimizing shelf space to increase revenue. Our mission is to sell and support this on-premise schematic software application that helps translate shopper and assortment strategies onto the shelf, ensuring optimal share of space and positioning on the shelf to increase sales. Key features are intuitive user experience, dynamic space analysis and process automation.

The Associate Client Manager (ACM) is responsible for account management and support activities for existing and new Merchandising Services clients. Specifically, the ACM will be involved with on going account management, as well as training and support for the MS solutions. This position will work with users teams to deliver value resulting in retention and execution of annual maintenance with existing clients. This role will collaborate closely with the Client Manager in coordinating opportunity recognition and selling activities as well as implementation and training of new clients. As the most client facing contact of the team, the ACM will provide client feedback to product leadership for enhancement and roadmap consideration.

Qualifications

  • Account management to understand, support and assist existing and new clients with Spaceman Suite products and services
  • Mentor and review best practices with clients to provide measurable value leading to annual renewals 
  • Oversee and prepare maintenance documentation for billing to execute
  • Identify needs, prepare for and conduct Spaceman training
  • Assist with client support issues for Connectivity and customization clients who are not fully supported by the Global Help Desk
  • Identify and assist with recognition and delivery of upgrade / upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate with other NielsenIQ client business partners who share responsibilities with clients using NielsenIQ products and services with integration points
  • Assist with the development and delivery of mentoring programs - monthly webinars
  • Share client feedback and product experience with the global development team and advocate for the evolution of the products line
  • Test and provide development feedback on new enhancements
