Job Description DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Utilize experience on Splunk, Dynatrace synthetic, Wily production monitoring tool. Utilize expertise in automation of application monitoring on critical application on Wily, Splunk and Dynatrace. Build auto-monitoring and auto-refresh dashboards that would provide real-time view into the number of transactions and number of users into Chase.com by using splunk and Dynatrace. Build and develop Wily monitoring dashboards to generate notifications before a catastrophic failure. Analyze javacore and thread dumps on Web Application Servers production servers. Prevent application cyber and brute force attack. Hands on experience on Gomez Monitoring Tool for web applications. Analyze memory leak detections on Web Application Servers. Participate in service restoration bridges to ensure that the application is always available for the users. Monitor WebSphere of production application to see if traffic is processed. Utilize experience on ServiceNow and Service Manager ticketing tool to report the issues. Provide the technical solutions for many implementation issues/challenging requirements. Provide root cause analysis on any production issue. Conduct performance tuning by analyzing the logs and providing solution. Provide robust solutions for sustained resiliency. WAR Room participations for critical launches like ApplePay, AndroidPay and SamsungPay in multiple markets. Analyze and resolve production outages as part of production break down and datacenter failovers. Utilize experience in identification and implementation of process automation and manual process. QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum experience required: Seven (7) years of experience in software development, or related experience.
Skills required: Software Development using languages: C,C++, Java, J2EE, NodeJS, CSS, JSON, Angular JS, Spring, Hybernet, Java Script, DoJo. Experience with Markup and Scripting Languages: HTML5, XML, JavaScript, JQuery, Shell Script, Perl, PHP. Database experience including: Oracle 10g, DB2, MS SQL, Sybase, Casandra. Experience using Tools: Eclipse, Firebug, Splunk, Dynatrace, Wireshark, Wily, AppDynamics, Heap and java coredump analyzer, ISA Memory Analyzer, IBM RSA. Experience with Operating Systems: Linux, AIX, RedHat. Experience in preventing cyber and brute force attack. Minimum 5 years of experience in developing Web Based application with Java and open-source technology. Minimum 3 years of experience in analyzing Javacore and heapdumps. Minimum 3 years of experience in analyzing memory leaks within the application servers. Minimum 5 years of experience to build and develop Wily monitoring dashboards to generate notifications before a catastrophic failure.
