The role:
--Provide excellent customer service and support of resident assistive technology needs.
--Collaborative with clinical and residential team members to identify assistive technology devices that support residents' rehabilitation programs and access to their environment.
--Research new technology that will advance residents' clinical care.
--Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Support will be provided either in person or over the phone.
--Maintain accurate inventory of hardware and software.
--Administration and support of Microsoft Windows Active Directory environment including users, printers, Microsoft Exchange, Remote Desktop Services, and Office 365.
--Carry out routine network maintenance tasks.
--Train computer users.
--This position is on-site at QLI in Omaha, NE.
