We are looking for a friendly individual with good mechanical skills and attention to detail to join our assembly team. As an Assembly Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling our bikes for shipping while maintaining the quality of every product so that it meets our standards and manufacturing guidelines.
Responsibilities

• Preparing materials for bike assembly
• Verifying work orders
• Confirming quality on outbound products
• Assembling every bicycle to meet our high quality standards
• Packaging bikes/frames for shipping
• Maintaining a clean work space

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Previous bicycle shop experience is a plus
• Mechanic certifications are a plus
• Working knowledge of tools related to bicycle repair and assembly
• Detail oriented, organized and self-motivated individual
• Work quickly while maintaining a high level of quality
• Work in a standing position for many hours in a manufacturing atmosphere
• Ability to stand, lift, twist and reach while working
