Job DescriptionWhat You'll Do:
Direct Facilities Management operations for assigned leased space facility. Duties include vendor management, maintains furniture and building finishes, critical equipment and systems. Manages employees moves and employee services. Works without direct supervision.
How You'll Do It:
Manages and owns vendor performance, contract requirements, SLA's and KPI scorecards. Regular inspections of the Facility to monitor vendor performance.
Manages critical systems maintenance, testing, load monitoring and annual power shutdowns; maintains furniture and finishes, nameplates, office signage, ordering of supplies for the office.
Maintains good working relationship and communications with the Landlord; provides assistance for employee and content moves, provide mail services to include FedEx.; Maintains strong customer relationships with business partners and communicate any services impacting the customers.
Ensures compliance with all company policy and procedures, all applicable Federal, state and local jurisdiction compliance.
Manages to assigned expense budgets, provide budget variance descriptions; review and validate Landlord monthly charges.
What You'll Need:
At minimum, a HS Diploma or GED
4+ years of Facilities Management or related
Even Better If You Have:
Associates Degree in Facilities Management, IT, Social Services
Bachelors in Facilities Management
6+ years of Facilities Management or related experience
