DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Provide technical support while delivering exceptional customer service. • Ability to manage stressful situations with a calm, pleasant demeanor. • Timely communication regarding customer reports.• Follow up on outstanding issues awaiting response.• Demonstrates dedication and effort towards meeting or exceeding expectations.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS• B.S. in Computer Science, or related. 2-5 years' experience in supply chain software also considered.• Proficient with incident reporting systems, knowledge of Cherwell is a plus.• Keep customer accounts current by documenting incidents and bug submissions timely and effectively.• Basic understanding of web coded solutions and their interaction within multiple browsers.• Understand Database methods and ODBC setup processes.• Must be able to read and write basic Structured Query Language to aid in the support analysis.• Ability to work well in a team environment.• Ability to manage multiple priorities. • Ability to work across multiple versions of our solution.• Utilize remote access tools effectively.• Effective time management skills. • Strong attention to detail.• Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint.• Available to work some evenings and weekends within an on call rotation.• Light Travel as required.
