Positions in this function work in the analysis phase of the system development cycle and consult with users to evaluate business requirements, identify operating procedures, evaluate existing or proposed systems and prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written. This function also is intended to include those that also may define business processes.
Work directly with end users to resolve application issues and answer questions. Supports the clinical delivery system by ensuring the application is optimized and the users are utilizing the application correctly. Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of application support experience
• Experience with providing IT resources for small to medium projects
• Experience defining project requirements for development and implementation
• Experience translating requirements into technical specifications
• Experience partnering with project team to include developers, vendors and the implementation team
• Ability to drive to local clinics in Tucson as required
• Local to Tucson, AZ

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $54,400 to $97,000. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $60,000 to $106,700.
