Analytics Strategic Operations & Program Manager

If Fivetran is the market leader in modern data stack, then the Analytics team is the tip of the spear that helps turbocharge the rapid growth of Fivetran in all aspects. Your mission is to drive operational excellence across the Analytics organization. You will report into the Principal Analytics Product Manager, while working cross-functionally with Analytics leadership, department heads and their operational leaders.

Responsibilities:
- Cross-team collaboration:
- You will be the glue for the analytics team. You will design and facilitate internal cross-pod projects and knowledge transfer
- You will ensure close collaboration between analytics and other departments heads and operational leaders including Corporate Strategy, especially regarding cross-departmental roadmap and prioritization
- Process: Define and improve overall Analytics operating cadence
- Operational ownership:
- Work with Analytics Leadership to create team OKR & KPI
- Manage all aspects of operation, including but not limited to Code Review Process, Monthly Company Scorecard, Analytics Product Roadmap
- Plan and oversee quarterly team offsite
- Define and facilitate Annual, Quarterly, and Sprint Planning processes and retrospectives as well as Quarterly Business Review process with each department
- Programs: Manage and deliver key programs and initiatives
- Plan and ensure top-level programs and initiatives, have alignment across stakeholders, define requirements and workstreams, and clear ownership and delivery timeline
- Drive Enablement programs

- High emotional intelligence: You have superb people and influencing skill as well as proven leadership record
- High technical aptitude: Ideally you have been an analytics manager, senior analyst, senior technical program manager, or have a technical background
