The Work Itself
Responsible for partnering with the Consumer Asset Management operational teams to proactively update process documentation, completion on non-governing article reviews, system change requirement gathering and assisting with strategic initiatives that impact the process.
Job Responsibilities
The following outline the core job responsibilities of the Business Process Risk Management (BPRM) Analyst aligned to the Process team:
- Gather and organize changes to processes, and/or procedures published in Knowledge
- Creation of new process documentation to publish in Salesforce Knowledge
- Attend and deliver on action items for strategic initiatives.
- Completion of scheduled non-governing article reviews
- Gather and document system change requirements, while also following for system change requirements being completed and updating process documentation as appropriate.
- Understanding and awareness of CAM policies as well as Enterprise policies impacting operational processes
- Assist with the creation of key communications sent to operational teams (Beat & Playbook)
- Perform special projects or assignments as needed
The Skills You Bring
- Required
- Bachelor's degree (Business) Or equivalent in work experience.
- 3-5 years gathering process requirements/changes from stakeholders
- 3-5 years facilitating and communicating with diverse stakeholders
- 3-5 years identifying and mitigating risk
- 3-5 years distilling and presenting information to leadership
- 3-5 years analyzing business problems and influencing outcomes
- Intermediate working experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Visio).
- Intermediate oral and written communication skills.
- Intermediate problem solving, critical thinking, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
- Experience in auto finance: collections, loss prevention, repossession, special servicing and/or recovery operations
Preferred- Master's degree (Business) Or equivalent in work experience.
- Intermediate Strategic Thinking, Business Acumen, Negotiation and Presentation skills.
Ability to perform under pressure
