Coin Cloud, the worlds leading Digital Currency Machine (DCM) Operator is seeking an AML Specialist who is savvy in AML and KYC laws. As an AML Specialist, you will be one in a team of analysts that are responsible for maintaining daily operational compliance for Coin Cloud's AML Program.

Responsibilities

  • Assess new and current account information - using various resources to confirm account information and recognize the potential risk of the customer.
  • Monitor Market trends - create reports about trends in the market and documenting the findings.
  • Review red flags and conduct enhanced due diligence reviews. Ensure all reviews are completed timely and according to Coin Cloud's Policies and Procedures for the BSA/AML Program.
  • Understand and provide a timely record-keeping of CTRs and SARs and other regulatory data requirements.
  • Customer Identifications Program (CIP), Customer Due Diligence(CDD/EDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC).
  • Assist the AML Analyst as needed to process subpoenas by gathering the requested information.
  • Make recommendations to enhance BSA/AML program process and procedures.
  • Act as a front-line resource for resource for escalation point regarding suspicious activity/anti-money laundering matters.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry practices and development.
  • Perform diverse duties and ad-hoc projects to support the Compliance Department.
  • Adapt quickly and effectively to procedural changes; assist with other special projects.
  • Must have the highest level of professional ethics and integrity' promote teamwork and be open to sharing knowledge with colleagues.
  • Assist the Vice President of Compliance as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.



Requirements

  • At least 1 - 3 years of related experience.
  • Application and Intermediate knowledge of office practices and procedure.
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Effective phone etiquette.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form
  • Must maintain confidentiality of work-related information and materials.
  • Must establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of document-imaging technology.
  • Ability to research in current social media websites.
