WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Within Nike NA Operations & Logistics our focus is on delivering a reliable service and add value to our internal and external customers while being a great place to work for our teams. To support this, we are looking for a Director Agile & Ways of Working (WOW).

As an Agile & WOW director, you lead a team of Agile & WOW coaches, who help lead business teams in their transition to a more lean and agile way of working and mind-set. You coach and mentor them in developing, improving and sustaining that new WoW in which you always start from the needs of our customers. You facilitate and guide them in developing simple, flexible, and scalable improvements. You challenge the status quo and keep a critical eye on your own development and the development of the teams and individuals you are supporting. Your leader and peers will inspire, coach, and guide you to ensure your personal development and growth.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
In the dynamic environment you work with the teams on delivering a reliable service for our internal and external customers and building a robust team culture.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning in the path of the day-to-day work.

Facilitate, coach and mentor leadership, teams and individuals in their way of working (tools, methodologies & mind-set).
In your own mind-set and behaviors, you are a role model for individuals and teams with regards to lean and agile ways of working. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will work closely with different teams in Nike NA Operations & Logistics at our NA Headquarter campus as well as our Logistics network across NA. You will work collaboratively across the functions. Working at Nike is a team sport and working in the Matrix means we also work and influence across other partnering teams including other North America functional teams as well as our Nike Global teams.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree or higher or combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
  • Demonstrate the ability to successfully influence (senior) leadership and build collaborative partnerships.
  • Experience in (enterprise) coaching and facilitation of lean and/or agile practices and behaviors is required.
  • You have 6 years experience in facilitating and guiding large scale Transition Management processes.
  • You have experience in translating strategic priorities into a clear direction for your own teams.
  • You are a servant leader of own direct teams as well as for other people to help them grow by asking critical questions, active listening and developing them in being their best self.
  • See changing priorities as challenges and you approach them effectively.
  • Apply a structured and disciplined way of working.
  • Embrace and lead change, challenge the status quo and are reflective and observant of yourself and others.
  • Able to work within the United States
