Required Qualifications:

  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years of IT experience
  • 7+ years Project Management experience in a large enterprise environment (Fortune 500)
  • 3+ years of Program Management experience and leading/managing people
  • 5+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master and / or Agile Coach
  • 3+ years of experience working on large scale, multiple Scrum team projects
  • Experience with both traditional and agile management tools (e.g. MS Project, Rally)
  • Solid understanding of scaling Lean and Agile, and understand the unique opportunities and challenges associated with facilitating and continuously aligning a large development program
  • Program Management skills and experience including the ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external organizations to ensure client satisfaction and drive client and IT accountability
  • Proven track record leading matrix IT teams with 50+ team members in geographically diverse environments
  • Understanding of backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition
  • Understanding of incremental delivery and the value of metrics


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree; MBA
  • Industry Certification(s): Agile / Scrum, SAFe, Lean Methodology, and/or Project Management
  • Understanding of fundamentals of DevOps, Continuous Delivery & Accept Test Drive Development (ATDD)
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken form
  • Healthcare experience
  • Experience with CA Agile Central (Rally)
  • Experience in successfully managing multiple programs/projects simultaneously
  • Experience with DevOps (Acceptance Test Driven Development , Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Service Oriented Architecture)
  • Participation in industry Agile communities of practice
