The Agile Practitioner will be responsible for providing expert guidance, leadership and support with the Enterprise transformation. The Agile Practitioner (Coach) assists with identified team development needs, facilitates virtual live training sessions, maintains centralized location for training materials, and offers recommendations for continuous process improvement. This position will also collaborate and coordinate cross-functional team alignment across technology and business touchpoints.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a leader/mentor
  • Provide leadership, direction and coaching to an agile team by encouraging them to adopt and mature good scrum processes
  • Drive agile delivery processes
  • Identify the appropriate delivery approaches, media, and methodologies for training materials
  • Create and maintain course curriculum along with accompanying materials for varying audiences including beginner, intermediate, advanced and refresher levels to meet training requirements and business needs
  • Anticipate training needs to proactively develop solutions and training plans
  • Effectively manage and support the learning environment by applying learner-centric approaches to promote engagement and active participation by all learners, maintaining a positive and professional learning environment, maintaining control of the training and appropriate response to unforeseen circumstances during delivery
  • Develop/coordinate communication tools for status updates, milestones, changes, deliverables, etc.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that tears down silos between groups - Act in a single voice
  • Conduct analysis of training outcomes and conduct updates to communicate effectiveness of programs/solutions, identify needed changes and incorporate changes
  • Provide ad hoc consulting in applicable areas of expertise
  • Identify and resolve technical, operational and organizational problems outside own team
  • Recognize and identify potential areas where existing policies and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed, especially regarding future business expansion
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related field required (6 additional years of experience beyond the required years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor's degree)
  • Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)
  • 3+ years of experience in training, mentoring and/or development with adult learners
  • 3+ years of experience conducting Instructor-led training in a virtual environment utilizing WebEx/Teams, designing user guides, participant / facilitator guides, and job aids
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare technology delivery and/or technology operations
  • 2+ years of Agile coaching/mentoring experience
  • 2+ years of experience with analysis, design, support and training with software supporting agile methodologies (i.e., Jira, Rally, Azure Dev Ops, etc.)
  • Experience transforming complex technical topics into understandable concepts for business users and ability to communicate business requirements to a technical audience
  • Experience utilizing excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience effectively prioritizing & multi-tasking in high volume workload situations
  • Experience synthesizing large complex issues and carrying them forward to specific deliverable solutions
  • Experience utilizing solid verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of staff, including sales agents, internalexternal customers and senior management teams
  • Experience utilizing SharePoint and shared network drives
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio & Teams.
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. Preferred Qualifications:

  • DevOps engineering exposure
  • Knowledge and experience with multi-Agile frameworks/methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, SAFe, etc.
  • Certified Scrum Professional-Scrum Master (CSP-SM)
  • 3+ years of IT Project Management experience in a large enterprise environment
  • 3+ years of experience managing a cross-functional team in a highly complex environment
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams including offshore
  • 2+ years of Project Management/Agile delivery experience across multiple applications (Cross-application Release Train Engineer)
  • Understanding of software development process and procedures
  • 6+ years of building, managing and supporting IT applications in a mid to large size business environment
  • 6+ years of experience in developing requirements and performing system analysis
  • 6+ years of experience managing a cross-functional team in a highly complex environment
  • 3 years Product Management experience
  • 3+ years of experience of major systems implementation
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Office Suite, Service Now, Project Management Software, HP Quality Center or other comparable tools
  • Experience working with a structured application development process in the health care industry
  • Experience with change and release management best practices
  • ITIL certification
  • Demonstrate solid clinical experience and understanding of clinic workflow

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
