What is a Licensed Agent Advocate?

Licensed Agent Advocates Or internally known as (AAs) are the face of Clearcover to our insurance agent partners. AAs help agents quote insurance, change insurance policies, and more. Our AAs are empathetic, friendly, passionate people who love connecting with and helping others. They have a sixth sense for interpreting agent concerns and an enthusiasm for addressing them. Clearcover AAs remain calm under pressure, thrive on the challenge of turning frowns upside-down, and have a passion for creating lifelong agent relationships. Going above and beyond for an agent is our AAs’ standard mode of operation, which has empowered Clearcover to drive agent satisfaction that far exceeds the P&C insurance industry standard.

We’re looking for a Licensed P&C Agent Advocate who is nuts about turning customers into raving fans, has a knack for turning frowns into belly laughs and problems into joyful solutions. You should be someone who: can keep calm even when speaking with agents who aren’t as happy as we’d like, has an excellent ability to follow through and ensure agent issues have been fully resolved, and effortlessly balances agents needs with business needs. A successful Agent Advocate is fanatically excited to go above and beyond to deliver a brag-worthy agent experience and has a wealth of knowledge from your background performing high-quality sales or customer success work.
