As an Adobe Implementation Specialist, you will be part of DNA Marketing Technology team, serving teams that engage with customers and prospects throughout the customer journey, from acquisition marketing to portfolio collections to digital app experience across Discover. You will work with DNA Martech Engineers, Data collections product owners, Business stakeholders and Data Scientists to design, develop and implement technical tagging requirements for company web and mobile app platforms.
You will lead the design and implementation of MarTech solutions with a focus on Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch and AEP. You will be a liaison between the Adobe Analytics analysts, launch implementation developers, and data layer developers, owning projects to ensure tagging is complete and accurate. You will have the opportunity to work on solutions that drive business value for improved analysis, storytelling, and customer journey development.
Responsibilities

  • Develops and leads an Agile team focused on next-generation data and analytic technologies.
  • Provides technical consulting in support of the creation and enhancement of analytical platforms and tools.
  • Provides technical consulting to application development teams during application design and development for highly complex and critical data projects.
  • Partners on a team to deliver data projects, including migration to new data technologies for unstructured, streaming, and high-volume data.
  • Develops and deploys big data applications.
  • Builds and administers large scale data platforms. Integrates next-generation data analytic tools into the big data ecosystem.
  • Responsible for architecting, configuring, and administering an analytics infrastructure in partnership with Product, Design, and IT Development.
  • Debugs/troubleshoots/resolves Adobe configuration and integration issues.
  • Assess, audit and identify gaps in existing tagging, infrastructure and Adobe Launch configurations.
  • Develops and document Discover MarTech's data collection standards and best practices.
  • Support implementation architecture strategy and governance
  • Develops instrumentation strategies across multiple websites & mobile apps.
  • Provides guidance and mentorship to the development team to ensure high-quality code and adherence to coding standards.


  • Responsible for the following tasks:
    • Tagging for both websites & native mobile apps in enterprise-grade environments
    • Tagging schemas and specifications for new sites and new site features
    • Quality Assurance and debugging of tagging as implemented by engineers.
    • Data layer design and implementation
    • Writing tagging specifications for engineers.


Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Data Platform Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in Data Platform Administration, Engineering, or related field


Preferred Qualifications
If we had our say, we'd also look for:

  • 5+ years' Experience in Data Platform Administration, Engineering, or related field, with 4+ years on Adobe Analytics
  • Strong knowledge of tag management data collection platforms such as Adobe Launch, GTM etc.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Adobe ecosystem, including Adobe Experience platform, Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and Adobe Mobile SDK.
  • Must have hands-on experience in creating Analytics solutions design, implementation, and integrations.
  • Expert in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and common libraries used in website building (e. g. jQquery, React).
  • Knowledge of considerations of analytics code and 3rd parties SDKs implementation in native mobile apps.
  • Be able to create SDR and convert it to exact script code to be added on page/app screens or user actions on page.
  • Experience with Real Time CDP Connections integration with AdTech products.
  • Knowledge of single page applications web analytics data collection integrations
  • Have solid analytics implementation experience across the life cycle and digital platforms (including web, responsive and native mobile apps) using Adobe/Google Analytics especially for complex eco-systems (multiple sites/apps, 100s of custom tags, multiple implementation techniques for main site/syndicate sites etc.)
  • Adobe Analytics Architect Master certificate.

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $74,000.00 to $124,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
