Administrative Assistant (PART TIME)

We are looking for ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join our team! As an Admin, you will be a Brand Ambassador for the office while creating a positive impression for SOPHiA employees and visitors. Requirements
1. Office Management
- Be a Brand Ambassador for the office while creating a positive impression for SOPHiA employees and visitors.
- Be the main contact for all office vendors; including the building management, suppliers, and deliveries
- Create PR/PO's for office vendors
- Prepare the office for Board Meetings, Earning calls and any events to ensure proper setup for various events
- Work closely with the Office Management team, Events team, CEO office, and People Management on special projects
2. Administrative Support
- Assist in organizing business meetings through Outlook for the leadership team
- Assist with complex travel itineraries, transportation arrangements, and accommodations for executive leaders
- Be entrusted with the task of handling corporate and personal expenses.
- Be responsible for establishing repeatable processes for calendaring, travel, and expense support.
- Special projects for leaders as assigned.
3. Education & Working Experience
- 1+ years administrative/office experience
- Open to any level of education
4. Other Experience & Skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to provide high-qualify customer service
- Friendly and positive demeanor
- Be adaptable to quick changes and growth
- Quick problem solving skills, ability to stay calm under pressure

Location: Boston, MA. Office-based/HYBRID 4/5 days (4-5 hours each day of the work week)
