Position Description:
Summary of Accountabilities: Serves in an operations/coordinating/analytical role for the Department of Case Management / Social Work.
Assists clinical and administrative staff in the collection of patient demographics and regulatory compliance (the Important Message From Medicare and Patient Choice forms). Assist the Team Leaders and Departmental Directors with daily operational activities as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Required Education and Experience• H.S. Diploma/GED required• 3+ years Administrative support, preferably in academic medical setting required• Bachelor's Degree Business Management/Health Care Administration preferred• Experience working independently, in an executive staff support role preferred
Required Skills and Abilities• Microsoft Suite: Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word• Proficient in QGenda and any scheduling platforms• Comfortable utilizing EPIC EMR• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from others• Demonstrated interpersonal/verbal communication skills• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
