As a 2022 FIS University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success; including quarterly performance connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews.
This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will;

  • Learn how to work within a corporate environment
  • Learn the structure of FIS and options for growth within the organization
  • Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities
  • Build a network of your peers from across the organization


This position is for a January 24, 2022 start.
About the Team
Our team provides administrative processes support for routine "back office" tasks such as client support processing, researching customer deposit and loan-related questions or problems, and performing miscellaneous customer and account maintenance as defined by client-specific procedures.
What You Will Be Doing

  • You will perform tasks to ensure compliance with work-group and client-specific procedures to further guarantee adherence to service level agreements.
  • You will perform customer and account maintenance per reports, client workflow solution, postal mail, or by direct instruction from the immediate supervisor.
  • You will be directing all work requests from sources outside the department to the immediate supervisor for consideration and approval.
  • You will be answering incoming telephone calls and direct calls to the appropriate resource for resolution. Escalates unresolved issues according to the work group's escalation guidelines.
  • You will work with appropriate system and vendor reports to ensure timely and accurate processing of all regulatory and non-regulatory issues.
  • You will be assisting in tracking, compiling, and completing reports as assigned.
