What you'll do...
As an Account Development Representative (ADR) for Duo Security, you will rally alongside a team of highly motivated ADRs to build a qualified pipeline of potential partners. This includes prospecting partners by phone, email, LinkedIn or whatever it takes to get them passionate about and engaged with Duo! You will not only be responsible for prospecting but will also be expected to be a subject matter expert of all things Duo (since you will be the face of the company).
Duo is Cisco's Trusted Access security and multi-factor authentication delivered through the cloud. Our team is our secret weapon. We run the spectrum from artists to analysts, low-key to high-energy, and bring together a diversity of skill sets, experiences, and perspectives to solve what we consider to be the world's most pressing geopolitical challenge - transforming the security industry as we know it. Our cross-functional team of data scientists, software engineers, and designers, as well as product and security experts is building an intuitive adaptive authentication system. We’re moving past basic rule-based approaches to create a dynamic experience that people will love for keeping them secure while staying unobtrusive.

Early on, I thought that success in the security industry was attributed solely to people's ideas or intellect. Since then, I've learned that the most important thing to have in any industry is empathy. Without empathy, you can't build a product that people will love or a place that people will want to work.
