Access Management AssociateResponsibilities?Serve as a key resource on Identity and Access Management (IAM) related projects?Perform tasks related to end user access management, including user access provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications in various systems and applications?Conduct user access recertifications consistent with established processes?Prepare or obtain user and system access reports from trusted sources?Identify entitlement inconsistencies and provide resolution?Analyze user access roles and security settings to independently assess compliance with defined standards?Assist with the development and maintenance of role based access controls (RBAC)?Review, maintain and develop department documentation to ensure it reflects current processes and procedures?Work collaboratively with other IT teams to configure IAM tools and systems?Assist with the evaluation, testing, deployment, and management of tools supporting IAM related activities?Remediate audit findings and control gapsPreferred experience in the following areas:?Experience in an Identity and Access Management environment?Access control and provisioning?Remediation of audit findings and control gapsPreferred skills:?SailPoint Identity IQ?Advance MS Excel?Knowledge of regulatory compliance (FFIEC, SOX, etc.)?Strong teamwork skills and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business users?Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills?Ability to recognize and focus on critical issues, balance multiple tasks, and respond to competing needs within the organization
