Career Description
Lending Agents engage prospective consumers who have requested information regarding their Above Lending Loan process eligibility. Above Lending, Inc. is a next-generation financial services company. We provide simple and transparent products aimed to help our clients achieve their personal finance aspirations and take control of their debt. Our Representatives assess a client’s financial situation and provide a tailored solution. We are committed to providing impeccable service and helping our clients achieve their financial goals.
About The Role
- There is no cold calling; All prospective customers have requested information regarding our load solution
- Lending Agents assist clients by going through a personal loan application with each client and provide them with loan offers issued by Above Lending and/or its lending network. For clients who are not offered a loan or find the terms disadvantageous, the Lending Agent will provide other solutions as appropriate for the client’s circumstances, including debt settlement.
- You will assess a customer’s financial situation and guide them toward the option that best resolves their challenges.
- You’ll be expected to quickly build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients
- Ensure all sales transactions adhere to compliance standards
- Continuously support and contribute to our energetic team of business development enthusiasts
- Base Pay with uncapped monthly commission
What We’re Looking For
- Motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Tech savvy, with ability to work simultaneously between multiple systems and screens
- Success exceeding goals in a fast-paced, sales environment.
- Sees challenges as opportunities. Sees objections as buying questions. Savvy at helping consumers see the benefit of products that they may not originally have expressed interest in.
- Sale experience preferred but not required
- Financial Services experience is a plus
- Strong written, verbal & oral communication skills
