Job Overview
Responsible for leading the Product team for one or more offerings, or offering components. This role is accountable for: scoping and documenting new feature as well as maintaining existing features; working with the Engineering team to deliver features; and communicating with internal and external stakeholders about the product and roadmap.

Essential Functions• Accountable for definition and design of one or more offerings, or offering components• Management of the analysis and/or delivery team• Adhere to product processes that includes product governance gates, quarterly planning, agile product development and the broader SDLC process• Build and maintain roadmap• Track and manage commitments and customer expectations• Communicate internally and externally with customers• Support product architecture discussions and project manage cross-module solutions and other large and/or complex projects• Represent technology in discussions with customers, the broader IQVIA organization, and other vendors• Support thought leadership, press releases, conference exhibits, and other communication activities• As requested by Sales, participate as domain expert in support of business opportunities• As requested, support quality team in preparing and participating in audits

Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree• Minimum of 10 years related experience and/or demonstrated competency in a DrugDev environment• Demonstrated knowledge of managing the product scoping and development process• Knowledge and experience in the Clinical Trial industry is a plus• Technical/functional expertise• Communication• Decision making• Customer focus• Conflict management• Energy, motivation and work rate• Project management• People management• Commercial acumen• Business leadership• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems• Facilitation of collaboration with cross-functional team members• Experience directly managing and building a team.• Experience building scalable processes• Strong project management skills including managing projects through an SDLC• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage people directly, mentor and build credibility in cross-functional teams• Experience working on building and deploying SaaS solutions• Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills• Attention to detail
