The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Automation Risk Consulting practice, assists with various consulting, internal, and external audit clients by bringing in-depth ERP, automation, and data analytics skills where needed. The practice performs security and controls designs/assessments, complex data analytics, GRC automation/implementation, security role design, security managed services, segregation of duties assessments, as well as ERP implementation risk reviews.

Position Description

We are currently looking for a Consulting Associate to assist with ERP risk, security, and controls services. The Consulting Associate will work with teams of information technology staff in a wide variety of system environments.

As a Consulting Associate, you will jump start your career through a comprehensive training and induction period where you will be exposed to many of our risk consulting solutions sets. This formal and on the job training includes:
• IT Controls testing and assessments
• Sarbanes Oxely, COBIT, NIST and ITIL methodologies
• ERP Security
• ERP Implementation Risk Management
• Business Risk & Fraud Analytics
• Process Automation
• Information Security & Segregation of Duties (SOD), tools and methods
• Client engagement economics
• Business writing and communication skills
• Technical training to build expertise in our privacy and security practice

Examples of candidate's responsibilities include:
• Meeting with clients and conducting consulting projects
• Preparing reports on consulting services performed for clients; delivering reports where appropriate and discussing results and recommendations with client
• Traveling to client locations as requested to provide consulting services
• Performing security, segregation of duties, and data analytics asessments using various proprietary and commercial tools
• Providing risk reduction recommendations
• Implementing solutions to control weaknesses
• Developing policies and procedures as it relates to information systems controls
• Completing client projects effectively and efficiently and maintaining a high level of proficiency
• Completing daily time reporting according to firm standards, and assists in billing of time to clients as requested
• Attending appropriate professional meetings and conferences and reading publications to maintain and expand professional knowledge

Basic Qualifications:
• Pursuing a B.A. / B.S./ M.S. degree or equivalent from accredited university
• Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science, or Accounting Information Systems or other related degrees
• Travel to assigned client locations is required. Must have access to and ability to arrange for use of reliable modes of transportation to those locations
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
• Strong verbal and written abilities
• Strong problem solving skills
• Curious and collaborative
• Strong multi-tasking and project management skills
• Client focused
• Must possess a high degree of integrity and confidentiality, as well as the ability to adhere to both company policies and best practices
• Ability to work long days to meet deadlines when necessary
• Ability to travel daily or overnight at least 50% of the time

Advanced Qualifications or Willingness to Obtain:
• Implementation or security administration experience with large ERP systems
• CISA, CPA, PPM or GIAC certifications
• SAP, Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, JDE E1, Dynamics 365, or PeopleSoft security or functional experience
• ACL, IDEA, Python, R, Hadoop, Tableau or other data analytics tools experience
• CISSP or Ethical Hacker certification
