Sr. Supply Chain Program Manager:
In this role, we are looking for a leader who can take user pain-points from the inception stage, build strategic roadmaps, galvanize stakeholders on the roadmap vision, and can successfully work with multiple partners across the organization to deliver solutions. The person will have the ability to both look at the big picture and roll-up the sleeves to dive into data to find insights that drive supply chain program strategy and prioritization. This role will require a collaborative mindset that is able to influence decisions cross-functionally and be able to relay appropriate information to the stakeholders within Supply Chain and FC Operations. Our ability to have the right products in the right place at the right time is critical to the continued growth of Chewy. Your work has a direct link to the organization's growth and transformation over time and plays a key role in growing the overall capabilities of the network. This role will have a significant impact on our overall business, and the right candidate will need to be ready to operate with a high degree of autonomy from day one.
Sr. Marketing Manager:
In close partnership with Customer Service & other Marketing teams, this role will help to define, maintain, and track a multitude of audiences to support marketing campaigns for both Customer Development & Acquisition. You will need a deep understanding of the Chewy customer and available attributes for segmentation and personalization. You’ll develop processes around audience activation and spearhead the feedback loop creation for reporting and measuring performance of the audiences.
What You'll Need:
- Current enrollment in an MBA program with a graduation date of no later than June 2022
- 4-6 years of relevant, post-Bachelor's experience in: Merchandising, Business, eCommerce, Technology, Finance, Supply Chain, Product Management, Category Management, Consulting, or related field
- Passion for innovation and ability to drive strategies to completion
- Demonstrated experience in negotiations and presentations to senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel and strong knowledge of retail math. SQL a plus
- Ability to lead, be nimble, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Current permanent U.S. work authorization without future sponsorship
