As an Agile Coach, your main responsibility is to coach and assist leaders across the CRS organization through their implementation and support of the Domain Model and Agile transformation. You will also ensure our team consistently delivers on the overall strategy. This will require Agile and organizational change expertise, outstanding facilitation and conflict resolution skills, and servant leadership.

In this role, you will collaborate with and mentor coaches, executives and Senior Leadership. You can think strategically, identify and overcome challenges as they arise. You are a strong facilitator who can lead a group sessions but who is equally comfortable in a collaboration role. You also understand when taking the lead is required and when it's better to let others challenge themselves to lead.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience leading Enterprise Agile transformations
  • Experience coaching leaders across the organization
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization from the team to C-suite
  • Experience mentoring coaching teams for consistent delivery
  • Expert in-person and remote facilitation skills
  • Remote coaching experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Lead integration of functions with understanding of client core business functions and partner with multiple senior management teams to meet goals and deploy new products and process enhancements
  • Solve the highest-impact, highest-profile problems with significant business impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes and industry standards
  • Influence and negotiate with senior leaders (across functions) and communicate with external parties as needed
  • Contribute to technical direction and strategic decisions as a technical expert in all development and implementation phases, providing in-depth and sophisticated analyses to define problems and develop innovative solutions
  • Conduct management activities, including resource management, work allocation, mentoring/coaching and other duties and functions as assigned
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Agile Coaching
  • 5+ years of proven experience and recognized reputation of a business professional or technical specialist in all flavors of the Agile methodology, e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban
  • Significant experience acting as a Agile Coach in a fast-moving tech environment with experience leading large-scale software delivery and/or Agile transformation at scale in large enterprise organizations; preferably in IT or "tech-first" organizations.
  • Experience in mentoring and developing junior Agile Coaches to raise their level of mastery
  • Deep knowledge of Agile principles and the flexibility to adapt your experience to new and evolving environments
  • Comprehensive experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle
  • Comprehensive knowledge of multiple areas within technology
  • Proven interpersonal, management and prioritization skills
  • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure managing multiple activities and changing priorities
  • Proven ability to develop working relationships and approach work methodically with attention to detail
  • Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Certification as a SAFe 5.0 SPC preferred
