The PositionOperations Support Coordinator
Job Summary
Based at our manufacturing plant in Quincy, Washington, the primary responsibilities of the Operations Support Coordinator include support of multiple critical operations and business areas for the site. The position supports site payroll processes, site HR interfaces, administration interfaces between the company and union (monthly hours worked, insurance reporting and payment, and retirement reporting and payment), confidential business and employee recordkeeping, and general office and business support. In addition, the position provides support for the purchasing and inventory control functions, as well as product quality control testing, maintenance recordkeeping, production scheduling and shipping, and enters data for monthly reports including production, EHS and Quality, and supports other responsibilities as needed.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversight of site payroll activities including tracking of all types of paid time off, with focus on accuracy and resolution of any issues.

Serves as interface between site employees and division resources as needed.

Serves as administrative interface between the company and union, with focus on tracking of monthly hours worked, insurance reporting and payment, and retirement reporting and payment.

General organization and filing of employee information and business compliance records.

General office and business support.

Supports the purchasing function through generating purchase requests, critical inventory ordering.

Supports administrative inventory and receiving through documentation management, interface with finance and receiving processes, and tracking of purchases and inventory.

Periodic inventory reporting.

Manages purchasing and receiving record keeping and filing.

Supports Quality Control testing and recordkeeping.

Supports maintenance recordkeeping.

Enters data for monthly reporting as needed for production, EHS, maintenance, quality and other compliance areas.

Supports all Quincy team related initiatives and efforts.

May be called upon to support other facilities as deemed appropriate.

May be asked to travel to learn new customer service and accounting systems
Wage Range: $24 - $26/per hour - DOE
