Job Description

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Ignitis Eesti team where you’ll be responsible for increase of electric vehicle charging publicly available locations. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to creating a green and secure energy ecosystem by:

  • Organizing and overseeing maintenance schedules and activities for EV charging stations.
  • Monitoring the operational status and performance of the EV charging station fleet.
  • Checking and enhancing the quality of customer support services provided.
  • Ensuring that all operations comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating closely with internal experts (engineers, customer support teams, technicians) to optimize operational efficiency and manage risks.
  • Developing strategies for continuous improvement of the EV charging station network and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Higher education in logistics, engineering, energy, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management within the energy or infrastructure sector.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Estonian, both written and spoken.

Salary range: 2083-2999 EUR gross.
